Breathwork is the oldest technology we have for regulating the body. We teach it functionally — grounded in physiology, free of mysticism, designed to fit inside real lives.
Our sessions blend conscious connected breathing, box and resonance breathing, and somatic awareness practices. The goal is not transcendence. The goal is a steadier baseline — sharper focus, deeper sleep, calmer reactivity, fuller presence.
Whether you arrive curious or skeptical, anxious or athletic, the breath will meet you exactly where you are. That has been true for every person who has come through our doors since 2019.
Weekly drop-in group breathwork held outdoors and in seasonal indoor partner spaces across Toronto. Beginner-friendly, deeply restorative, with a small post-practice tea ritual. Locations announced via the mailing list.
Extended workshops on focused themes — anxiety regulation, grief, creative blocks, athletic recovery. Capped at twelve participants for intimacy.
Bespoke one-to-one sessions designed around your physiology, goals, and life. Often the most effective entry point for high-pressure professionals.
Group breath sessions held in the ravines, on the lakeshore, beneath winter pine. The most under-the-radar offering in our calendar — and the most loved.
Tailored breath programs for teams — from lunch-hour resets to multi-day leadership offsites. Dedicated page here.
For festivals, galleries, brand activations, and venues — bespoke breath experiences woven into the fabric of your event or environment.
The work draws on classical pranayama and conscious connected breathing, paired with modern nervous-system research — vagal tone, HRV, respiratory control. The lineages are old. The framing is current.
The emphasis is practical: techniques you can actually return to between sessions. A few minutes before a meeting. Two breath cycles before bed. The protocols are simple enough to use frequently — which is what makes them work.
Sessions are quietly structured: an arrival, a setting of intention, a long active practice, an integration. No props you don't already own. No language you can't bring back to your desk on Monday.
The room is plain. The work is not.
For those who'd like the technical detail: the practice is a practical fusion of Conscious Connected Breathing protocols with classical breath traditions and contemporary nervous-system science. Sessions may draw from any of:
Jeyda is YOGABODY® certified (United States, science-based curriculum) and has been working with the breath since 2020, integrated with two decades of athletic and creative-discipline practice prior to that.
"Jeyda is so full of good vibes and positivity — such an enlightened soul. The breathwork session this morning on the Island was so lovely. She is definitely making this world better."
Yes. The vast majority of people in our public sessions are first-timers. We guide every breath, every step, and there is always the option to slow down or rest. If something feels intense, it is allowed to feel intense — and we are with you.
Comfortable clothing you can lie down in, a water bottle, and an open hour. We provide mats, eye masks, blankets, and tea. Nothing else is needed.
Most people, yes — but not all. We do not recommend our active practices for people with severe cardiovascular conditions, recent strokes, untreated bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, severe anxiety disorders, or in the second or third trimester of pregnancy. If unsure, please reach out before booking.
Meditation tends to ask the mind to settle. Breathwork uses the body to do the settling — directly, mechanically, through the nervous system. They complement each other, but they are not the same practice. Many practitioners find breathwork is the easier entry point.
Honestly: as often as feels nourishing, not forced. Most regular practitioners attend a guided session weekly or biweekly, and use shorter self-led practices a few times a week. The compound effect over months is real and quietly remarkable.
Book a public session, enquire about private practice, or simply send us a note. We're easier to reach than most.
