Jeyda travels as a guest practitioner on a small number of partner retreats each year — and is preparing her own.

Toronto Breathwork's international retreat presence currently takes two forms: invited guest practitioner work on established partner programs, and a forthcoming line of original retreats under the Calliope Journey name.

Yoga, breath,
and the Adriatic.

A seven-night sailing journey down the Dalmatian coast — Split, Brač, Hvar, Vis, Korčula, Mljet, Dubrovnik. Sunrise practice on deck, sailing by day, anchored evenings in coastal towns where the menus haven't changed in decades.

Hosted by Yoga Sailing Holidays aboard the Oceanis 48. Jeyda joins as guest breathwork instructor — bringing the studio's evidence-informed practice to the morning and evening sessions, in partnership with the resident yoga teacher and skipper.

By invitation,
by collaboration.

Jeyda accepts a small number of guest-practitioner engagements each year — most often with European sailing-and-yoga programs, creative residencies, and curated wellness retreats.

Each invitation is mutual. The partner has built the route, the boat, the yoga curriculum. Toronto Breathwork brings the breath component — science-informed, embodied, integrated with whatever else is being held in the room or on the deck.

Calliope Journey retreats — coming, quietly.

Calliope Journey is the working name for Toronto Breathwork's original retreat programming — small, hand-shaped, and rooted in the studio's three pillars. They are being designed now, with a first wave planned for the Toronto Islands and the Croatian coast.

The mailing list is the first place dates and details are released. We don't run paid ads, and we never share the list — joining means you'll hear once or twice a quarter, when something real is ready.
