A small-group sailing journey aboard a luxury Oceanis 48 monohull. Sunrise yoga on the foredeck, guided breathwork led by Jeyda, sailing through the Dalmatian islands by day, and slow evenings ashore — Hvar, Vis, Korčula, Mljet, and Dubrovnik.
The retreat is run by Yoga Sailing Holidays, an established Mediterranean operator with a full sailing fleet, a curated yoga curriculum, and a multi-year track record. Jeyda has been invited as guest breathwork instructor — bringing science-informed breath practice as the third leg of the daily rhythm.
No prior sailing experience required. No yoga experience required. The boat does much of the teaching; so does the coast.

The week's daily rhythm includes morning yoga on deck and the natural movement of a sailing day. Jeyda's contribution is the breath work that sits between those two — a science-informed practice integrated into the morning sessions, with optional evening circles for those who want more depth.
The breath practices are accessible to first-timers, useful to experienced practitioners, and tuned to the Adriatic itself: open water, salt air, long horizons, the kind of stillness that arrives by hour three of a long sail.
Jeyda has spent twenty years on the water — sailing instructor since 2008, Olympic Match Race team training, certified breathwork coach with YOGABODY®. This is the rare retreat where the breathwork lead actually knows the boat.
"Jeyda is an amazing energy orchestrator."
If you'd like Jeyda to introduce you to the hosts, ask questions about the breathwork component, or check that the date she's joining matches the date you're booking — please get in touch first.
